As part of the GIS Center’s initiatives to develop employees’ skills in development and self-build, and urge them to think positively about various aspects of life, the GIS Center organized a virtual workshop titled (Optimism is Your Only Choice) presented by the employee Fatima Ibrahim Al-Amiri, GIS services officer who is a certified trainer in human and self-development. The workshop discussed several aspects on how to control life’s pressures, protect ourselves from external impacts, and teach us how to focus on happiness and success, in addition of presenting motivational quotes that call for optimism and positive thinking. Al Amiri concluded the workshop with the most important practical means to raise the morale of individuals.
