Within a series of workshops titled “the Good Example", the GIS Network Section Manager Ms. Maitha Al Nuaimi, , has participated in one of the first sessions held by Dubai municipality. Through this workshop, Maitha shared her personal experiences, milestones and challenges that she has overcome to achieve her ambitions and goals. Besides, these workshops aim to attain institutional leadership and create a happy and motivating work environment, by transferring the experiences of the municipality's leaders and distinguished employees to their colleagues.
