The Geographic Services Department at GIS Centre in Dubai Municipality held a virtual workshop for its employees, titled: “Keys to success", which was presented by Fatima Ibrahim Al-Amiri, a certified trainer in human development and self-development. The workshop covered many aspects related to success. Al-Amiri explained that “failure" term does not exist, but rather success is trying and learning from mistakes. She also added that success is for everyone and not limited to one person. Each individual must inspire himself with his abilities and avoid waiting for attention from others by motivating himself with moral sayings and material aspects.
