Away from the work environment, the Director of the GIS Center organized a training workshop under the title "Let's talk about something different" for employees who recently joined the center. The aim of the workshop is to teach employees the right way of setting plans and goals despite how busy life can get. In addition, she emphasized on the idea that writing clear and specific goals helps in achieving them, given that the goal must be smart.​
